To establish and maintain a Continuous Improvement culture in ABB, focusing on customers and quality, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology and creating transparency to monitor progress. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising employees in the manufacturing departments, planning and assigning work, applying policies and procedures and recommending improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

Continuous Improvement Manager

• Ensure effective employee relations
• Provide employee coaching and development
• Resolve employee issues through problem resolution
• Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Work to continuously improve in all areas
• Manage departmental performance measures, including 5S, continual improvement training and visual controls and provides regular progress reports to manager

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum 4 years experience OR HS Diploma / GED with minimum 6 years experience.
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (including ability to present).
• Preferred Experience Includes: Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing environment, Lean experience in principles and processes including certifications, SAP, Kronos, Compliant Pro.
