Pay Range: $18-$20
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate consistent backend support to recruiters, business unit manager, and marketing lead.
- Utilize recruiting tools such as: social media; job boards (CareerBuilder, ClearanceJob, Monster, etc.); company website; company database and other sources to find top talent.
- Post,and maintain, job postings on the various recruiting tools.
- Use "outside the box" sourcing techniques to find candidates for "hard to fill" and reoccurring roles.
- Document in applicant tracking system.
- Associate'sdegree or 2 years' of relevant experiencein technical sourcing preferred
- Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to swiftly build a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Goal orientated.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Agency experience a plus.
