Your Job

The role of the Tool Maker is to support the Molding Department by performing repairs and maintenance to tools as well as build new components for tools and machines while maintaining a customer focus and creating value.

Our Team

A team oriented environment responsible for designing and manufacturing specialized tools and equipment for the molding of automotive trim parts, working together to improve overall productivity, quality of parts, and minimize downtime.


What You Will Do

*Stay in compliance with all Safety requirements (Safety Awareness, LO/TO, Crane operations, 6S)

*Utilize machine tools to fabricate repair components

*Various welding applications for Injection Mold repairs

*Disassembly of Injection Molds as needed to replace high wear items

*Rig Injection Mold for safe transportation via crane, fork truck, and die cart



Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Operate basic mechanical and machining tools
  • Work safely and adhere to EHS standards
  • Have good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Read and understand basic mechanical and electrical blueprints


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Welding certifications
  • Experience in a manufacturing or maintenance setting
  • Previous Tool maker experience
