Contact Center Assistant Manager (Suwanee, GA)ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT Incumbent's primary function is to effectively use relationship management principles in the course of daily business. Incumbent must integrate people, processes, and Contact Center technology, which includes workforce management/schedule adherence system, call management system, and call recording system, in addition to all VyStar systems, to enhance relationships with members to maximize growth and market share. Incumbent is responsible for coaching and encouraging the cross selling of products and services of VyStar. Is responsible and is accountable for leading and mentoring their individual teams in building strong and lasting member relationships. Works to develop and encourage strong team participation within the Contact Center to attain departmental loan growth, service level objectives, and organizational growth goals. Successfully establishes strong member relationships and teaches relationship building techniques to contact center staff. Incumbent is held accountable for the aforementioned departmental goals and objectives as part of their annual performance appraisal. Their individual performance appraisal predominately consists of their individual unit's performance and their ability to lead the unit. Is responsible for the contact center's financial and relationship building success. Maintains a high level of participation within VyStar's leadership team and promotes reinforcement and support of decisions rendered by the credit union and/or management.
