Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, internal alignment and other job-related factors.
Starting salary $23.50/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with Borrower, Loan Officer, Processor, Title Company and Underwriting team to ensure timely and seamless closing of all mortgage loan transactions.
- Reviews files received from processing thoroughly to ensure conditions are met for a clear to close.
- Prepares appropriate documents for members in accordance with loan type programs. Reviews rate and interest information to ensure accuracy. Communicates final closing figures with members.
- Performs audit of all documents needed for closing to ensure completeness and accuracy, including rate and interest information, title reports and lock confirmations.
- Obtains and signs off on closing conditions to comply with loan underwriting requirements.
- Schedules closing appointments with branches, attorneys, title companies, real estate agents and borrowers.
- Informs members of loan policies and closing procedures. Resolves discrepancies in a timely manner and corrects closing issues as needed.
- Audits all Heloc files pre-funding for accuracy.
- Performs loan funding tasks to include but not limited to boarding the loan, posting payments to internal loans, and distributing payoffs to lenders.
- Provides exceptional member service with answering questions regarding all mortgage loan activities, including preparation of closing documents, reviewing settlement statements and all signed documentation and reports.
- Promotes and establishes strong, positive and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company's purpose, mission and core values.

High School (required)
Experience
3 years: *Minimum 3 years of mortgage closing experience preferred. (preferred)
*Thorough knowledge of mortgage loan services and procedures, including RESPA, state and federal regulations and escrow requirements preferred. (preferred)
*Solid math and calculation skills. (required)
*Computer proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet, and Email. (required)
