Duties/Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities
Providing statistical and technical assistance with forest vegetation and other data -review monitoring protocols -develop and apply methods and tools for quality-control review, analysis, and visualization of monitoring data for a variety of resources, particularly forest vegetation 10% managing projects -communicate regularly with project partners about tasks, progress, and results -interact with scientists at the National Park Service and the Georgia Cooperative Research Unit and our partners

Communicating findings -prepare and provide statistical-support reports -present research results to partners and at scientific conferences -publish in peer-reviewed literature

Program assistance -assist with the daily operations of the Unit, development of research proposals, and supervision of the other members of the Unit -communicate regularly and in a timely fashion with the PI regarding research and other issues relevant to the operation of the Unit -help maintain a supportive collegiate environment
