Job Description

Milacron is looking for a Crater/ packer Specialist to join our team in Norcross, GA. As a Crater/ packer Specialist you will be responsible for processing any inbound and outbound product.

1st Shift 8am-5pm.

Work You'll Do:

  • Build customized crates

  • Load and unload trucks with forklifts (forklift operation daily)

  • Uncrate and unpackage product

  • Use of overhead cranes daily to move large heavy and long items

  • Perform inventory checks and maintain consumable inventory levels

  • Perform local delivery or pickups as needed

  • Utilize pneumatic tools, radial chop saw, crow bars, impact drivers, etc.

  • May deliver customer orders as needed by a company vehicle

  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Class C license with a good driving record required

  • Basic math and computer skills

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A team player with strong organizational skills

  • A mindset that seeks out efficiencies and optimizing standards

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

  • Previous experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving operations

  • Forklift experience
