Core Responsibilities:

  • Management of Plastic Injection Mold manufacturing projects. From order placement to customer acceptance
  • Creation of complex project schedules and their monitoring
  • Ensuring and achieving project objectives (cost, quality, deadlines)
  • Escalation management
  • Manage Project scope changes (Customer and Business facing)
  • Customer Facing: reinforce our commitment to meet and exceed the customers' expectations.
  • Accurate weekly progress reporting
  • Understanding and drive the expectations of all program deliverables
  • Transfer the "Voice of the Customer" to our internal organization
  • Business Facing: Close cooperation with the sales, design, and production departments; Convening and coordinating project meetings; Documentation of the project: meeting minutes, reports, etc.

Qualifications:

  • AS or BS degree, ideally with a minimum work experience in the Plastics Industry of 5 yrs
  • Direct experience in the process of Injection mold Manufacturing
  • Risk management, Analytical tool utilization for decision making
  • Self-initiative, analytical thinking, and structured working methodology
  • Assertiveness, communication strengths
  • Good MS-Office knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent Technical communication skills. Secondary language is a plus (German, Spanish, Mandarin)
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 10%)

Education Requirements:

  • AS or BS degree; Project Management/Industrial engineering/ Mechanical engineering/ Plastics engineering- Preferred
