Who are we looking for?

At our Norcross, GA facility we proudly manufacture and assemble specialized ventilation and HVAC components that play a unique role in mitigating the spread of dangerous airborne contaminants and preventing harmful chemicals from re-circulating in the air within critical environments such as hospitals, laboratories, and municipal facilities around the world. We employ a diverse group of people, working together to achieve high standards in quality and safety.

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated day shift Production Technicians to contribute to our goals by assembling, testing, and calibrating mechanical products, electronic controllers, and electro-mechanicalassemblies (and sub-assemblies) usingwritten process instructions, engineering drawings, and visual aids. They should possess the following qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Familiarity and demonstrable experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and ability to learn and utilize various computer-based programs.

  • Experience safely using various hand and power tools.

  • Ability to create, maintain, and enter information necessary for orders, quality inspections, and other record keeping.

  • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.

  • Adherence to safety and quality standards, and dedication to reporting and correcting all issues.

  • Dedication to maintaining a respectful workplace environment.

Desired:

  • 2+ years' experience in related field

  • Prior printed circuit board (PCB) assembly experience

  • Experience performing surface-mount / through-hole soldering and de-soldering

  • Additional specialized technical training equivalent to a 2-year technical degree
