Duties/Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities
Assist with coordination of catering, equipment rentals, entertainment, clean-up, etc. for Georgia Museum of Art events and rentals.
Percentage of time 40
Duties/Responsibilities
Assist with GMOA facility rentals to include answering phone/email inquiries; serve as event manager for rentals and events, pick up and delivery of supplies and materials for events.

Duties/Responsibilities
Assist with event breakdown to include cleaning and storage of equipment and occasional dishwashing, inventory maintenance, etc
Percentage of time 10
Duties/Responsibilities
Assist with processing invoices and other clerical duties related to events and rental payments and revenue. Other duties as assigned.
