Working independently or with minimal supervision, the Sr. Business Systems Analyst will closely work with the Supply Chain and Logistics Application Lead and Solution Architect in managing the design and development of business applications that support Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Logistic Execution value streams.

This role will support the existing S/4 HANA landscape and EDI with trouble shooting, bug fixing, development and implementation of enhancements as required by the business in S/4 HANA and integrated systems. This role will support Shipping, Transportation, Procurement, Warehousing, 3PL and plant logistics in the S/4 HANA and integrated systems and closely work with sales, manufacturing, procurement, Warehousing and Quality teams. This role will adopt emerging technologies and innovate the applications for the business needs.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage enterprise systems and applications in sales, procurement, warehousing and logistics.
  • Provide technical support in the supply chain processes of Inventory Management, Sales Order, Delivery, Shipments, Shipping and possibly integration with TMS systems for shipment processing.
  • Provide technical support to the following: inventory management, procurement, batch management, picking, packing, Handling units, Batch Determination, ATP, shipment processing, load building, Carrier tendering, Carrier booking, Carrier check in, check out, freight handling in SAP and TMS systems in Shipping points at Plants, Warehouses and 3PLs.
  • Implement and support SD/LE EDI (idocs).
  • Provide technical support to resolve the issues with outputs such as Labels, Bill of Lading, Packing list, Purchase order, invoice etc.
  • Provide technical support to enterprise projects with technical and functional tasks.
  • Design and development using ABAP, FIORI, ALE, BAPI, BADI, User exits, LSMW and RFCs.
  • Work with Architects, Business Analysts and business users to understand the business requirements and develop the functional and technical specification.
  • Document and manage Functional Specs, Technical Specs, Test scripts and other documentation in the development cycle.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college.
  • 10+ years of Functional experience in SAP MM, SD and LE modules with hands of configuration experience.
  • 5+ years of Experience with EDI and Idocs, XML, PI/PO interfaces
  • PI/PO in Supply chain and Logistics area.
  • 3+ years of experience in S/4 HANA 1709 or later.
  • 5+ years of experience with Enhancements, Reports, Dashboards, Conversion programs, Interfaces, Forms and Workflow in one or more SAP modules among SD, LE, MM, and QM modules.
  • 5+ years of experience with deliveries for Sales orders, Stock Transport orders, Customer Returns and Vendor Returns.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE)

  • Expert knowledge of Process Industry desired.
  • Expert troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with 3PLs and external Vendors in integrating inhouse systems using APIs, Idocs, PI/PO, SFTP etc.
  • Expert ability to learn quickly and get the job done in a highly visible, high stress situation.
  • Familiar with SAP Script, Smart forms, Adobe forms, AIF, Webservices, ALE, RFC, BAPI, BADI, SAP Gateway, REST, XML, XSLT and SOAP

Compensation Range $120,00-170,000 USD
